Dear Friends,

As we close out this year, we are filled with hope and gratitude for the new journey ahead with Rahab House. Our mission is to bring Rescue, Refuge, and Restoration to survivors of human trafficking here in Middle Tennessee. 

Human trafficking is not a faraway issue – It’s happening in our own communities. Tennessee is ranked among the top 20 states for human trafficking – 85% of those trafficked being women, and behind each statistic is a life, a story, a soul waiting for healing. This is where Rahab House steps in.

Rahab House was created to offer a full journey of care and healing for survivors, and we’re passionate about walking alongside each individual through every step of their recovery. Our approach is built on three guiding principles: Rescue. Refuge. Restoration.

First, we rescue—bringing survivors out of dangerous, abusive situations and offering them immediate safety. 

Second, we work to establish a refuge for those we serve – a loving, nurturing home where survivors can find safety, stability, and a sense of peace. While in our care, they will receive case management, prayer support, and detoxification assistance, while we help them transition into long-term recovery.

Third, we focus on restoration. True healing goes far beyond just physical safety—it’s about restoring the whole person. Our restoration program includes trauma therapy, spiritual support through the gospel, and life skills training to help survivors rediscover their worth and rebuild their lives. 

We are proud to serve Middle Tennessee in this area of great need, but we need your help along the way. 

We thoughtfully ask that you prayerfully consider joining us in partnership this December. The funds raised during this time will help open our Refuge home and lay the foundation for the long-term restorative care that we are praying over for every survivor reached.

As you may already know, Rahab House is hosting a year-end event in Brentwood, TN, on December 8th at Grace Community Church.

Our theme, "Prepare a Place," reflects our 2025 goal of opening a refuge home to provide a smart, safe, and Spirit-centered space for survivors. This theme is grounded in the promise of John 14 as we work to create a place of healing and hope.
