to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.”

Dear Friends,
We were recently blessed with the opportunity to visit a local congregation and share all God is doing at Rahab House.
Thank you, Gateway Church for opening your doors to us. We are praying with you that God our Father and King moves mightily in Ashland City, Tennessee, the United States, and our World by the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
- Revelation 12: 10-12
The enemy knows his time is short.
Praise Jesus.

Rahab House has never been without. God has always met our needs , precisely, perfectly, faithfully.
But as we approach Day 1 of full refuge operations, knowing what provision to expect in the months ahead will allow us to make stable, wise, and well-stewarded plans for the good of each woman , and the glory of Christ our King.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor;[a]
he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;[b]
to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor,
and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn;
to grant to those who mourn in Zion—
to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.
-Isaiah 61:1-3
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your Kingdom to come one step closer.
Not for easier lives,
but so that the Glory of King Jesus would be known in our community.
That all people would know You through the
never stopping,
never yielding,
fierce and gentle
Love you have for those who call on the name of Jesus.
We know Your Kingdom is inevitable,
and we ask only that You would do
now,
today,
for the people we love and serve,
what You will do in eternity.
Draw near to those still held captive.
Call them from darkness into Your Light.
