Dear friends,

We are still working through the list of “thank yous” we want to express, but we didn’t want to keep anyone in suspense! We are thrilled to share the overwhelming success of the Prepare a Place event!

From the stage, we announced some incredible news: an anonymous donor paid off the house we were raising funds to purchase! This means every dollar raised—leading up to, during, and after the event—will go directly into the vital details of seeing lives rescued, given refuge, and restored in Jesus Christ.

Since the event, we signed closing papers on the property and now possess the keys!

For the rest of 2024 and as we begin 2025, our focus will shift from securing property to truly providing a home for the survivors of human trafficking that God entrusts to Rahab House.

A home is so much more than walls and a roof. It’s a place of important work, rest, growth, and healing. As we finalize our 2025 budget, we’re carefully outlining the costs of staff, counseling, food, utilities, insurance, and all the seemingly ordinary aspects of ministry that add up to fulfilling God’s glorious mission for His Body.

To embrace the hurting, bind up their wounds, and declare every kind of freedom to every kind of captive.
